everything was perfect. the location was indeed perfect and magnificent with easy access to a night market and a market. eating at chema, placed 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the venue was the best choice. room was lovely with great views and bathroom, down pillows. included a shower and bath sheets, all very handy.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Marjal 3 for 3 nights. the apartment was modern and clean, with a beautiful balcony facing the beach. the location was great, close to the beach, town, park, and night market. the host was friendly and accommodating, even gifting us a bottle of cava on arrival. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with disabled-friendly amenities. We used a translator app to communicate, but it wasn't a problem. We're already planning to come back next year! Best place we've stayed in Guardamar. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! 😊.

Balcony: Our stay at this beachfront apartment was truly amazing. The highlight for us was the balcony, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while overlooking the picturesque Playa de La Babilonia. It felt like having our own private paradise, with the waves crashing just a stone's throw away.

Limited supplies: Although our stay was fantastic, we did encounter one minor issue. We found the supply of household items to be a bit lacking.

The rooms here have great views and are equipped with a bathroom. The location is incredible and beautiful, not too far from Parque Alfonso Xiii. It is close to a night market and a regular market. This apartment met our requests; we would like to come again.

Although the overall experience was great, we had to move downstairs to a slightly less nice apartment. It would have been even better if we could have stayed in the original apartment we booked that had such amazing features.

The host was incredibly lovely and accommodating, always responding quickly to any questions or requests. this was the best place I've ever stayed in Guardamar, and I'm already planning to come back next year!

This fabulous apartment has stunning sea views and a corner balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and there is a massive fridge/freezer. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a dining table, and a balcony with its own seating area. The beds are really comfortable, and there are plenty of sockets. The host was lovely and even left a bottle of Cava and fruit as a welcome gift.

Felt relaxed, no complaints.

I enjoyed listening to the sound of the sea as I fell asleep, and waking up to the calm atmosphere. Everything I needed was within close proximity to the apartment, making it convenient and hassle-free.
